We’re over the moon to announce that our Men’s 1st Team have earned promotion to South Central Men’s Division 4, capping off an unforgettable season with passion, perseverance, and just the right amount of drama.

With a final tally of 51 points, Hamble finished second in the league, just two points behind Haslemere 4s (53 points). It was a neck-and-neck battle right to the wire, and our team gave it everything until the very last whistle.

The promotion was sealed in emphatic style with a 3–1 away win over Portsmouth 3s in the final game of the season. Cool heads, clinical finishing of short corners, and relentless energy made the difference – the perfect ending to a campaign that’s seen this reinvented squad grow in strength, confidence, and cohesion week after week.

This promotion means more than just moving up a division. It reflects the huge effort put in by our players, coaches, and supporters – and the spirit of a club that’s proud to compete, develop, and keep our community at its heart.

As we look ahead to Division 4 next season, the ambition doesn’t stop here. The team is already hungry to test themselves at a higher level, and preparations are underway to build on this success.
