Well, what a different match the ladies 2’s had today!!!!! Horrorshow has been one phrase, blood bath the other!! ??

The first half started and bang we where off, 3 goals in quick succession with Holly G scoring her first Hamble goal!

We really did control the first half, one moment of lapsed concentration and they snuck one past us, then the first injury, ball to lip - ball won!! Ally P then needed time out… first half we one 3-1.

2nd half, they started as we had the 1st half… Boom 4 goals in 15 minutes, we were shell shocked and then Carole P had a ball to cheek and oh my the ball won- Who knew blood pumped out like that….. ?

Carole off, team moved around and bang, we lifted our heads and scored 2 lovely goals!
It was 5-5 and we really had the bit between our teeth... until the last injury of the day, keeper down and out…. Match called and final score 5-5, it was a very tough, brutal match.
So Hamble 2’s and Chichester Centurions still stay top of the table, with them above us only by goals scored. The rematch is going to be, well interesting to say the least!
Everyone gave all of themselves and more today, we played as a team and I hope still had fun!
